4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — that is, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagering must be completed.

Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions

There may be restrictions on placing bets with bonus funds on certain games. Each bonus offer has its own specific terms, which are stated alongside that offer. Misuse of bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or creating artificial betting patterns — is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

The kx8 VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% for Bronze, 0.4% for Silver, 0.6% for Gold, and 0.8% for Platinum, calculated on weekly net losses. VIP level progression depends on your regular gaming activity.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Principles

kx8 offers sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming activities. Each game or betting section has its own specific rules, which are displayed in the relevant section. It is each user's responsibility to read those rules carefully before placing a bet.

5.2 Cancelled or Amended Events

If an event is cancelled or concludes significantly earlier or later than scheduled, the relevant bet will be handled in accordance with our established policy. In most such cases the bet is voided and the stake is returned, though each situation is assessed individually.

5.3 Technical Errors

kx8 reserves the right to correct any bet or win based on odds or payouts that were displayed incorrectly due to a software or server error. Exploiting abnormal results caused by technical errors will be treated as fraud.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

Involvement in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with others to predetermine the outcome of a match or game
• Manipulating account balances or money laundering
• Attempting to undermine or disrupt the platform's systems in any way
